By engaging the services of Powerline Pest Control ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Customer", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling or accepting any services from our company.
2.1. Our services include pest identification, treatment, prevention, and follow-up inspections as agreed upon between the Customer and the Company.
2.2. The scope of work, pricing, and schedule will be outlined in a Service Agreement or estimate provided to the Customer before work begins.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
3.1. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in writing.
3.2. For ongoing service plans, payment terms will be outlined in the Service Agreement.
3.3. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and online payments through our secure portal.
3.4. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
4.1. We provide a satisfaction guarantee as specified in your service agreement.
4.2. If pests return during the warranty period, we will provide additional treatments at no additional cost, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
4.3. Warranty coverage may be voided if the Customer fails to follow recommended prevention measures or if property conditions change significantly.
5.1. The Customer agrees to provide the Company with accurate information about pest issues and property conditions.
5.2. The Customer agrees to prepare the property as instructed by the Company prior to treatment.
5.3. The Customer agrees to follow all post-treatment instructions to ensure the effectiveness of the service.
5.4. The Customer is responsible for securing pets and ensuring the safety of occupants during service.
6.1. The Customer grants the Company permission to enter the premises for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services.
6.2. The Customer agrees to provide the Company with necessary access to all areas requiring treatment.
7.1. The Company's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7.2. The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden or unknown property conditions.
7.3. The Company is not liable for damage caused by pests before, during, or after treatment.
8.1. The Customer must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
8.2. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
9.1. Our service area includes Menifee, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Temecula, and Winchester.
9.2. Service outside these areas may be available for an additional travel fee.
10.1. The Company collects and uses customer information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10.2. The Customer agrees to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2. Updated terms will be effective upon posting to our website.
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
